WHO & WHY

Philosophy

Fate loves irony, and truth produces health. This is my journey; Ancestral living, health and wellness coaching, training jiu-jitsu, training canines and competing against myself daily. Gratitude and a full-fledged commitment to progress are my axioms, intention, and philosophy. With every day I aim to create the Kingdom of Heaven right here on Earth.

 I coach individuals and teams with the goal of ultimately enhancing their performance in life and in competition. My program and message is rooted in ancestral health practices and the utilization of habits to gain an edge in recovery and assist in achieving peak performance. I invite you to harness a lifestyle which encompasses improving our conditions daily to access continued progress in every area of our lives.
 

  Aside from coaching currently I am authoring a memoir 'Josh Button was really good looking', with which I share my personal journey in the commercial and fashion world to my need based discovery of personal health and wellness practices.




Health And Wellness

I've committed much of my adult life to health and wellness study and implementation. My WHY is to help individuals realize they are worthy of and capable of achieving their goals in fitness, health, and overall personal wellness. I believe progress equals happiness and I know that on the other side of insecurities and fear lies infinite potential in all of us. I consider myself a great example of the ability to turn ones life around with the right information and mindset. And I live with such gratitude that I cannot imagine not sharing my journey with others. Ancestral living, biohacking, and a commitment to growth in training and in all areas of personal development are my grounding principles. There is a road, even though often less traveled, for everyone to improve their outcomes by setting the course on what is within reach today- I can help point clients towards their road.

A deep dive into ancestral wisdom has enlightened me to several areas modernization has failed us, from the spiritual domain to the physical, functional, and even basic health practices. Where we have the most gains to be found, we are rarely searching on our own, or even being directed to by experts most oftenly consulted with. To grow we must embrace discomfort, and most of us are unknowingly addicted to comfort. I believe this understanding is paramount to actual growth, commitment to healing, and being open to actual self discovery. I look forward to every opportunity to share these proven techniques and practices that have worked wonders for myself. Grounding, Breathwork, Hot/Cold therapy, Healing Frequencies, and Circadian Rhythm are the foundation for my proudest accomplishment- Consistency. In most everything I've found consistency to be paramount to progress; Consistency > Intensity.
